6. Refunds and Cancellations

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you meet ALL of the following conditions:

• You have not downloaded any course materials, documents, videos, or other digital content from the platform.
• You have not copied or extracted any content from the website.
• You have not accessed more than 20% of the total course materials available in your purchased course.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval.
• After 7 days, you may cancel your subscription at any time; however, access remains active until the end of your paid period, and no refund will be provided for the current billing cycle.
• To request a refund or cancel your subscription, email support@aztrading.academy with your account details and reason for cancellation.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer-protection law.

7. Intellectual Property

• All course materials, digital books, electronic courses, videos, documents, and other content on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) are owned by or licensed to AZ Trading Academy.
