AZ Trading Academy is a UK-registered educational company providing online courses and subscription-based learning services.

AZ Trading Academy provides online educational content, training courses, and learning resources designed to improve financial literacy and market-analysis understanding.
All content is provided for educational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or trading advice.
We do not execute trades, offer brokerage services, or guarantee any financial outcome.
Users may communicate with other learners through community features, but such discussions are informal and do not represent official guidance from AZ Trading Academy.

4. Accounts

To access paid courses or subscriptions, you must create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. AZ Trading Academy may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms or contains false or misleading information.

You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support@aztrading.academy.

When registering, you must provide the following information:

A username (alias)
A secure password
Your email address

The information provided must be truthful, accurate, current, and complete. AZ Trading Academy reserves the right to cancel accounts registered with deliberately false information or with offensive/inappropriate usernames.

Simultaneous Login and Account Sharing

Your account is for your personal use only. Our system utilizes security algorithms to detect simultaneous logins and excessive IP address changes.

If our system detects that your credentials are being shared or accessed from multiple locations simultaneously, your account will be automatically flagged. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of sharing login credentials without prior notice and without refund.

5. Payments and Plans

AZ Trading Academy offers paid courses and subscription plans as displayed on our Site at the time of purchase.
Product / Course prices vary according to the pricing table on the website.
All prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes where required by law.
Payments are processed securely through authorized third-party payment processors.
Access to your purchased course or subscription begins once payment is confirmed.
All courses and subscriptions are for personal use only and are non-transferable by assignment, sublicense, or any other means.
Any attempt to transfer rights to use the site or course materials will be void and constitute a breach of these Terms.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Definition of “Access”

For the purposes of this Refund Policy, “Access” is defined as opening any course lesson page, viewing more than three (3) minutes of video content combined, or downloading any resource. Our Learning Management System (LMS) maintains an indisputable audit log of your user activity, which will be used as the sole evidence to determine eligibility for a refund.

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you meet ALL of the following conditions:

You have not downloaded any course materials, documents, videos, or other digital content from the platform.
You have not copied or extracted any content from the website.
You have not accessed more than 20% of the total course materials available in your purchased course.

Important: If you have downloaded, copied, or extracted any course content, you will NOT be eligible for a refund, as digital content cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval.
After 7 days, you may cancel your subscription at any time; however, access remains active until the end of your paid period, and no refund will be provided for the current billing cycle.
To request a refund or cancel your subscription, email support@aztrading.academy with your account details and reason for cancellation.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

You agree to contact our Support Team (support@aztrading.academy) to resolve any payment issues before initiating a dispute or chargeback with your bank or credit card provider.

If you initiate a chargeback request that is found to be unjustified (e.g., claiming “fraud” or “product not received” after accessing the course content), AZ Trading Academy reserves the right to:

Immediately and permanently terminate your account and revoke all access to current and future products.
Dispute the chargeback by providing evidence of your access logs, IP address, and acceptance of these Terms.
Report the incident to relevant fraud prevention databases, which may impact your ability to purchase from other online merchants.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer-protection law.

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, digital books, electronic courses, videos, documents, and other content on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) are owned by or licensed to AZ Trading Academy.
You receive a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the Content for personal educational purposes only.
